To cancel an activity, the customer must give notice no later than one week before the planned activity date. In case of cancellation after this deadline, the amount becomes due and is not refunded. If the activity is booked at short notice, the trip is binding and the amount is not refunded.

The organizer reserves the right to cancel the activity due to unfavorable weather conditions, poor driving conditions, illness or an insufficient number of registered participants. In such cases, the customer can choose whether the activity should be carried out at a later date or whether the money should be refunded.
