Together with yoga instructor Annelie, we offer a combination of yoga and unique nature experiences on the farm and on horseback. Yoga provides increased body awareness and relaxation, while the horses take you on a horse ride in fantastic nature.

Full board is included, and you stay in cozy cabins at Trysil Hestesenter from Friday to Sunday.

Includes:

• Full board from Friday afternoon to Sunday

• introduction to horses on Friday evening

• Accommodation in a cabin near the horses

• Horse riding on Saturday with packed lunch/lunch in the forest,

• A yoga session on Saturday, for increased body awareness and relaxation

• Yoga hike in the mountains on Sunday.

No prior knowledge is necessary, as we adapt to your level.

Our cabins give you a unique experience with the horses, as they are located right next to the stables. Here you can enjoy your cup of coffee on the tram while following the herd of horses in their natural element. The cabins are simple and cosy, with room for four people and fully made beds.

The cabins have fireplaces and electric heating is also available for extra comfort. The outdoor area is equipped with a bonfire for pleasant moments.

All the cabins have electricity, and the sanitary facilities with shower, toilet and sauna are conveniently located nearby. In summer and autumn, an outdoor jacuzzi is available.

We also welcome your four-legged friends. Since we run a farm and horse center, and have both dogs and cats ourselves, we cannot recommend accommodation if you have a fur allergy.
